The Ukrainian defender of English club Everton, Vitaliy Mykolenko, continues to recover from the injury he sustained during Ukraine’s match against Belgium at Euro 2024.
However, there is currently no clarity regarding the timeline for the 25-year-old footballer’s return to the field. Last Saturday, Mykolenko missed another friendly match of his team during the preseason training camp.
At the same time, Everton’s head coach Sean Dyche spoke in a very vague manner about the condition of the Ukrainian player on his team after this friendly.
“Mykolenko is overcoming difficulties,” the official Everton website cites the coach's words.
