Former head coach of Poltava "Vorskla" Viktor Pozhechevsky told what he thinks about the chances of the Ukrainian Olympic team in today's match against Argentina at the Games-2024.
"I think that the fight in this match will be serious and our team will give the opponent a fight. However, I believe that we will not pull out more than a draw. And it will not suit us.
Unfortunately, everything was lost in the first match with Iraq (1:2 - ed.). The Ukrainian Olympic team was able to play in that game, but it was not destined to keep the winning score. Even a draw in the duel with the Iraqis could have given us a chance to get out of the group," UA-Football quoted Pozhechevskyy as saying.
