Sergiy Sydorchuk: "Fees in all countries are more or less similar, but there are some differences"

Former midfielder and captain of Dynamo Kyiv Serhiy Sydorchuk, who now plays for Belgian side Westerlo, dedicated an Instagram post to the difference in the preparation of clubs in the two countries for the season.

"During the training camp, I noticed some difference between the preparation of Ukrainian teams and those in Belgium. Here, everything is done through tests: running tests, tests to determine strength in the legs/back (Biodex test), tests for joint elasticity, core muscle strength, and others. This allows you to see what works better and what works worse in the body. Each player understands what they need to work on personally. Subsequently, this affects team results.

In general, summer training camps are more or less similar for all teams and countries. But we understand that the work at the training camp is only part of a large training process that lasts not from training camp to training camp, but essentially 24/7," Serhii wrote.
