According to Golazo.ro, former Dynamo Kyiv head coach Mircea Lucescu has agreed to take up the job of coach of the Romanian national team.
According to the source, the discussion of this issue lasted 4 hours at the Romanian Football Federation today and ended with the appointment of a 79-year-old specialist, which will soon be announced officially.
It is noted that leaving the RFF headquarters, Mircea Lucescu and the federation's cleaners refused to make any statements.
It should be recalled that Lucescu Sr. already worked with the national team 38 years ago - in 1981-1986.
