Oleg Shandruk: "Unfortunately, we were not courageous in the first 45 minutes"

Veres head coach Oleh Shandruk commented on the defeat by Dynamo in the match of the 2nd round of the Ukrainian championship.

"We played two different halves. During the break, we tried to calm the guys down. Unfortunately, we were not courageous in the first 45 minutes. Probably, the reason is in psychology. We need to analyze everything, hear what the players think. It is important to play as bravely as possible in matches with rivals like Dynamo. We also need to rely on luck, on the play of our number one, who made many saves. Thanks to this, we still had intrigue until the end of the match. We were bolder in the second half and looked more impressive," Shandruk said on UPL.TV.
