Former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Benjamin Verbic, who the day before was excluded from the application of his current club - Greek Panathinaikos, may continue his career in Denmark.
According to the Greek media, the 30-year-old winger is very close to moving to Copenhagen, for which he played from 2015 to 2017 and with whose management he retained good relations (just from this team Verbic moved to Dinamo in December 2017).
It is reported that at the moment the Danish club is agreeing with Panathinaikos the final details of Verbic's transfer, while the footballer himself is already busy formalizing the departure of his child from school in Athens.
It should be added that Verbic's contract with Panathinaikos runs until next summer. According to Transefrmarkt, the current transfer value of the Slovenian is 2 million euros.
