Former Zorya and Shakhtar head coach Patrick van Leeuwen is returning to Ukraine.
According to TaToTake, the management of Metalist 1925 has reached a preliminary agreement with Patrick van Leeuwen.
The legal nuances are not yet finalized, but it is expected that the Dutch specialist will lead the team in August and will be responsible for the entire club vertical.
The 55-year-old van Leeuwen's staff will include his assistants at Zorya and Shakhtar - assistant Oleksandr Chyzhov, analyst Dmytro Kabachok, and offensive specialist Valeriy Blokhin.
