Dynamo midfielder Oleksandr Pikhalenok spoke to the Dnipryanyn telegram channel after the Ukrainian championship match against Karpaty.

- Oleksandr, what are your impressions of the match?

- My impressions are positive, because we won, but still, after the second goal, we started making a lot of mistakes, playing backwards, playing Bushchan, so to speak. We lost partial control of the game, and Karpaty could have scored. We were lucky that they were offside. And after the penalty, we brought the game to victory.

- How difficult was it to join the game after conceding a goal at the beginning of the match?

- Not that it was difficult. You have to play with concentration from the first minute, but it so happened that we conceded. We will analyze the mistakes, it's good that we immediately gathered ourselves and started creating chances. We could have scored 3 and 4.

- A goal against Rangers, now a goal against Karpaty. Is the adaptation period at Dynamo over for you?

- You could say that. The team has a very cool team, the guys accepted me well. And the coaching staff, the management. Thank you very much for that.

- How comfortable is it to play with partners, some of whom you knew from the national team?

- The partners are of a fairly high level, we are preparing, the coaching staff tells us and analyzes each opponent, so there are no problems.

- What tasks do you set for yourself? Do you dream of returning to the national team?

- Of course, I want to return to the national team of Ukraine, but it's up to the head coach to decide. For myself and the team, we set goals to win the cup and the championship, and I also really want to get to the main stage of the Champions League. This is my personal dream and the dream of the guys in the team.
