I will continue to work with the U-19s and oversee the relationship between the youngsters and the Zorya first team. Everything is simple. There are no good and bad coaches. There are those who achieve results and those who do not. I didn't say that. It was Beckenbauer.

- This is a stereotype. Nowadays, no player plays for coaches. Everyone has a personal contract. If someone is not motivated, it is the coach's job to feel it and rotate them. Somewhere I didn't believe my intuition, and the result suffered. But the responsibility was on me. So I have no resentment towards the players.
