The UAF Control and Disciplinary Committee has made a number of decisions

The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association has made a number of important decisions at its meeting, including:

- Having reviewed the materials about the match of the 1st round of the Ukrainian Championship FC Veres (Rivne) - FC Karpaty (Lviv), which took place on August 3, 2024, obliged FC Veres (Rivne) to pay a mandatory cash contribution in the amount of UAH 60,000 (sixty thousand) (for the use of pyrotechnics by fans in the amount of 12 (twelve) units) and obliged FC Veres (Rivne) to pay a mandatory cash contribution in the amount of UAH 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) (for illegal actions of fans violating the generally accepted rules of conduct at the stadium during the match);

- having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 2nd round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC Veres (Rivne) - FC Dynamo (Kyiv), which took place on August 9, 2024, ordered FC Veres (Rivne) to pay a mandatory cash contribution of UAH 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) (for making obscene (offensive) chants against the match referee);

- having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 2nd round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC Karpaty (Lviv) - FC Kryvbas (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on August 11, 2024, obliged FC Karpaty (Lviv) to pay a mandatory cash contribution in the amount of UAH 10,000 (ten thousand) (for the repeated delay of the start of the match) and obliged FC Karpaty (Lviv) to pay a mandatory cash contribution in the amount of UAH 10,000 (ten thousand) (for FC Karpaty (Lviv)'s failure to comply with the requirements of the Additional Security Measures for the organization and holding of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely, exceeding the maximum number of spectators at the stadium).

The UAF CDC also opened proceedings in cases of possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play and the UPL Regulations by officials of FC Karpaty (Lviv) and FC Kryvbas (Kryvyi Rih). Given the need to clarify additional circumstances, a full and comprehensive examination of the evidence, the decision will be made at the next meetings of the UAF SCC, which will be announced later;

- Having considered the materials on the removal of FC Veres (Rivne) football player Mykhailo Kulyk during the U-19 FC Veres (Rivne) - FC Dynamo (Kyiv) championship match on August 8, 2024, suspended the player from participating in competitions for three matches, of which one is conditionally with a probationary period of one (1) year (for violent behavior);

- having considered the materials on the ejection of the head coach of FC EMC-Podillya (Vinnytsia) Oleksandr Dudnik during the match of the 2nd round of the Ukrainian Football Championship among women's clubs of the top league FC Obolon (Kyiv) - FC EMC-Podillya (Vinnytsia), which took place on August 14, 2024, suspended the head coach from participation in the competition for one match (for deliberately leaving the technical area to demonstrate disagreement with the match official);

- having considered the materials on the ejection of the head coach of FC Bukovyna (Chernivtsi) Valeriy Kryventsov during the match of the 2nd round of the Ukrainian Football Championship among the teams of the First League FC Bukovyna (Chernivtsi) - FC Agribusiness (Volochysk), which took place on August 17, 2024, suspended the head coach from participating in the competition for two matches (for deliberately leaving the technical area to demonstrate disagreement and arguing with the match official);

- Having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 3rd round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC Karpaty (Lviv) - FC Dynamo (Kyiv), which took place on August 17, 2024, obliged FC Karpaty (Lviv) to pay a mandatory cash contribution in the amount of UAH 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) (for making obscene (offensive) chants towards the match referee) and obliged FC Karpaty (Lviv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of UAH 100,000 (one hundred thousand) and to hold the next match without fans (for FC Karpaty (Lviv)'s failure to comply with the requirements of the Additional Security Measures for the organization and holding of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely, exceeding the maximum number of spectators at the stadium);

- having reviewed the materials regarding the ejection of FC Karpaty (Lviv) player Matviy Burenko during the U-19 Championship match between FC Karpaty (Lviv) and FC Dynamo (Kyiv) on August 16, 2024, suspended the player from participating in the competition for two matches (for a serious game violation);

- having reviewed the materials on the misconduct of fans of FC Veres (Rivne) during the match of the 3rd round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC Veres (Rivne) - FC Kryvbas (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on August 18, 2024, ordered FC Veres (Rivne) to pay a mandatory cash contribution of UAH 50,000 (fifty thousand) (for repeatedly chanting obscene (offensive) chants at the referee of the match).

The UAF CDC also made a number of decisions regarding the improper behavior of teams during the matches of the Ukrainian Football Cup of the 2024/2025 season (five or more representatives of one team in one match received sanctions from the referee).

The Ukrainian Football Association reiterates that under martial law, all persons involved in the organization of football matches are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Additional Security Measures for the Organization and Conduct of Football Matches in Ukraine under Martial Law.

In addition, we would like to inform you that the case of violations during and after the match of the 28th round of the U-19 Championship between FC Shakhtar Donetsk and FC Dynamo Kyiv, which took place on May 10, 2024, will be considered at the next meeting of the UAF SCC, which will take place on August 29, 2024.
