Zorya Luhansk CEO Ihor Huz commented on the information about Yuriy Koval's dismissal from the position of the team's coach.
"This is incorrect information. No one dismissed Yuriy Koval from the club. I would like to remind everyone that Yuriy Koval is Zorya's sporting director, and he asked for permission to focus on his work as a sporting director. Yuriy has been working at the club for over 20 years. We greatly respect and appreciate his contribution to the development of Zorya. Therefore, of course, it is out of the question to dismiss such an important figure for us. Mladen Bartulovic remains Zorya's acting head coach for the time being," said Igor Guz.
