The away match of Odessa "Chernomorets" with "Left Bank" (0:1) in the 4th round of the Ukrainian championship, which took place last Monday, did not do without a number of adventures for the "sailors".
On the day of the game, Oleksandr Babich's team left the Holiday Inn hotel in the center of Kyiv in advance in order to be at the stadium an hour and a half before kick-off in accordance with the regulations.
However, on the way to the "Arena Left Bank" the club bus was met with a surprise. Due to Monday's rocket and drones shelling of Kyiv region by the Rashists and the air alert on the capital's traffic artery there was a collapse, in which Chernomorets found itself. Having found themselves in a "traffic jam" on Dniprovska embankment, a small distance of several kilometers the bus of "sailors" overcame more than an hour and a half. Eventually the Odessa team got to the stadium, and the match started at 17:00 instead of 15:30.
However, the road troubles for Chornomorets did not end there. When the team was returning home, the bus unexpectedly broke down on the highway Kiev - Odessa. It happened when the evening was in full swing and it was already dark outside. Fortunately, the skill of the bus driver still allowed to solve the problem and after an unplanned pause in the journey "Chernomorets" continued its way to the destination. The team arrived in Odessa in the middle of the night from Monday to Tuesday.
