Andriy Rusol, a former Ukrainian football player and current official, has been appointed director of Karpaty. This is reported by the official website of the Lviv club.
"After completing his playing career, Andriy Rusol received a degree in football management from the Johan Cruyff Institute in Barcelona and the University of Madrid.
He combined his studies with work in the selection department of FC Dnipro. From 2019 to July 2024, he worked as the Executive Director of FC Dnipro-1.
Stepan Yurchyshyn, who previously headed the club, has been promoted to the position of deputy director," the statement said.
