Former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Serhiy Mizin assessed the prospects of his former team in the main stage of the Europa League, the draw for which took place yesterday.
"I believe that Kyivians got into a fairly equal group of opponents demonstrating different styles of play and therefore we can expect an interesting rivalry.
As the season is still just gaining momentum, it is difficult to say who will be on the top of the list. In particular, "Roma" with our Artem Dovbik had a bad start in Italy. If Dynamo keep all the key players and avoid injuries, they should have no problem getting out of the group. To do so, they will need to try not to lose "their" points in games against RFH, Ferencvaros, and Victoria. Although it will be very difficult to break into the top-8 in the overall table," said Mizin.
Recall, Dynamo's opponents in the main stage of the Europa League will be: Italian Roma and Lazio, Hungarian Ferencvaros, Latvian RFU, Spanish Real Sociedad, Czech Victoria, Turkish Galatasaray and German Hoffenheim.
