Croatia and Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric, 39, responded after yesterday's Nations League match against Poland (1-0) when asked when he plans to end his professional career.
"With me, you never know. You have to play game after game! I can't think about the future. When I no longer feel the fire in me, I will retire from soccer. Only I can feel that fire and make a decision," Modric is quoted as saying by renowned journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano.
