"I have not yet seen in my life such fan support from a team that plays away. Only Ukrainian speech was heard at the stadium. I state the fact. It did not help the national team.
Two matches of the national team in Prague, during the week, helped me to understand what is going on. The Ukraine national team is unrecognizable, it's as if it was replaced. There are quality players. But there is no team. I have the impression that the players see each other for the first time. The team is unbalanced. I did not notice that the players lacked motivation and desire. Everyone was trying. That's the only reason for two defeats.
I talked to Czech specialists. No one believed in the victory of the Czech team. We managed to surprise the hosts.
I don't even want to analyze the game itself. It's nonsense. Many people are shouting "Rebrov to resign!". Will it help??? I'm not quite sure about that. But that the team needs to be invigorated, that's a fact.
