Yuriy Virt - about Rebrov: "We can't change coaches after two defeats"

Former Ukraine goalkeeper Yuriy Virt said that head coach Serhiy Rebrov should not be dismissed after the national team's defeats to Albania (1-2) and the Czech Republic (2-3) in the Nations League.

- I think that the analysis should be to try to change the game in terms of starting to act aggressively from the first minutes against such teams. We are not inferior to Albania, the Czech Republic or Georgia in terms of names. I would just like to see a team that is ready to play from the first minutes.

If they start acting aggressively, when they move the ball to the opponent's half of the field and close it down, then you will see changes. There is a month of time for the coaching staff headed by Rebrov to analyze, but we will see a different result and a more aggressive game.

Give me a guarantee that tomorrow another coach will come in instead of Rebrov, and the team will win everything. This is just the beginning of a new two-year cycle. There is no need to talk about it now. Today there is a crisis of results. I am confident that the team will be able to get out of this situation. The most important thing is to show such aggressive football along with the result.
