Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Samba Diallo commented on his move to Jerusalem's Hapoel.
"I am very happy to be here. Very impressed with the warm welcome, it only strengthens my feeling that this is the right place for me. I believe I can quickly integrate into the young Hapoel team.
