Famous Ukrainian coach Ivan Balan has spoken out about the abilities of the head coach of the Ukrainian national team, Serhiy Rebrov.

I have my own opinion about the accusations against Serhiy Rebrov. After all, it is impossible that a mediocre coach could achieve anything in his not very long coaching career.
