Goalkeeper of Kryvorizh Kryvbas Andriy Klishchuk assessed the start of his team in the current season both in the Ukrainian championship (10 points after 5 rounds) and in European cups (failures in Europa League qualification with Czech "Victoria" - 1:2, 0:1, and in Conference League qualification with Spanish "Betis" - 0:2, 0:3).

"In the Ukrainian championship we lost points where we should not have. I won't say that we are satisfied with these indicators, but in August we had a heavy schedule because of a lot of moves. We played in the European cups. It was difficult. In each of the matches we played, we played the first number one.

In one of the soccer programs on YouTube, it was shown that Kryvbas had the highest XG in the opening games of this season. Somewhere we lack farthing.

As for the European cups, Victoria and Betis are opponents who preach a different style of play than in Ukraine. Even Shakhtar and Dynamo do not play like that. The same Czechs impose a fight. We first played with Victoria in winter at the training camp in Turkey and lost to them with the score 0:3. Now we were more competitive. We have grown as a team, I think so.

We were able to pass Victoria. Obviously, we lacked international experience. After these matches that we played in Europe, we became stronger as a team. Now this experience, we must apply in the UPL," - SportArena quoted Klishchuk as saying.
