Vyacheslav Surkis is close to the best anti-penalty shooters in the history of U-19 championships

In the match of the 7th round of the Ukrainian Youth Championship, Dynamo goalkeeper Vyacheslav Surkis saved another penalty kick. This is the second time this season that he has saved the team after an opponent's shot from the spot.

In his third season in the U-19 league, Viacheslav reached the mark of 5 saved shots and came third among goalkeepers in this indicator in the history of youth championships (together with Bohdan Khoma).

Surkis saved two shots when he played for Zorya's youth team, and three as a member of Dynamo.

The list of the best goalkeepers in terms of penalty kicks saved in the U-19 championships currently looks like this:

7 saved shots - Dmytro Sydorenko (Desna), Ivan Pakholyuk (Kolos)

5 saved shots - Vyacheslav Surkis (Zorya, Dynamo), Bohdan Khoma (Dnipro-1, Kryvbas).
