Fiorentina's head coach Raffaele Palladino commented on the first victory of the new season-2024/25 in the 5th round of the Italian championship against Lazio (2:1).
"We have been going for this victory for a long time. Lazio has strong performers, so it was not easy to break the tide of this confrontation. Those who came on as substitutes really changed the game, and we finally deserved the result.
We really needed this victory, we finally got rid of this burden. I would like to dedicate this victory to President Rocco Commisso and the fans, who are our real strength.
