After Italian Roma and French Cannes, the Friedkin Group has completed the acquisition of Everton.
"We are committed to ensuring the stability of the club and sharing our vision for its future, including the completion of Everton's new stadium at Bramley Moor Dock," the new owners said.
Earlier it was reported that the American billionaire John Textor claimed to buy the club, but the offer from Friedkin's company turned out to be more attractive.
This season, the Toffees have not yet won in the UPL. After five rounds, they have only one point and currently rank 19th in the table.
