Trent Alexander-Arnold: "I want to become Liverpool captain"

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold answered questions about extending his contract with the Merseyside club.

Trent Alexander-Arnold

- I will answer briefly. I want to be a Liverpool player this season. Listen, I have been in the team for 20 years. I've had four or five contract extensions, and none of them have been publicized in advance. This case will not be an exception.

I have always said that I want to be the club captain. This is my goal, and to be honest, it's up to me whether it will happen. The most important thing is trophies. I want to win them. I have a strong motivation to win," said Trent Alexander-Arnold.

We would like to add that Alexander-Arnold's current contract with Liverpool runs until the summer of 2025.
