Former Manchester United striker Michael Owen believes that Anthony is not suitable not only for Eric ten Heg's team, but also for the English Premier League in general.
"I haven't seen enough positive play from Anthony during his time with the team to justify him playing every match for Manchester United. Obviously, he is a very talented guy and they paid a huge amount of money for him. I just don't see that his qualities are suitable for the English Premier League. I don't think he's fast enough. When he does his feints, he doesn't back them up with the explosive speed to be able to get away from the defender," Owen was quoted as saying by Metro.
