Former England forward Alan Shearer has assessed Manchester City's chances of winning the championship after the injury to Rodri, who is out for the rest of the season.
"There is no doubt that Rodri's injury will affect Manchester City's title hopes. It is one thing to know that he will be out for two or three games, as he was at the beginning of the season, but it is quite another to realize that he probably will not return this season. It's a big blow for any team. When you lose a player of that caliber and quality for that length of time, there's no doubt it hurts," Goal quoted Shearer as saying.
