According to the source, the 33-year-old Dutchman hopes to extend his contract with Liverpool until the summer of 2027. It should be added that van Dijk's current agreement with the Merseysiders is valid until the end of this season. Liverpool bosses are also preparing the conditions for a new contract for Virgil van Dijk.
