Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta shared his opinion on the world's best footballer.
"For me, Messi has always been the best. I can't deny it. My three sons and I have the same opinion on this issue. We were lucky to witness the best footballer of all time play," Sky Sports quoted Arteta as saying.
