Unai Melgosa names Ukraine's U-21 bid for Euro 2025 qualifiers (LIST OF PLAYERS)

The head coach of the Ukraine U-21 national team Unai Melgosa has decided on the team's application for the last two qualifying matches for the 2025 European Championship against England and Serbia.

Goalkeepers: Ruslan Neshcheret (Dynamo), Dmytro Ledviy (Rukh), Vladyslav Krapyvtsov (no club).

Defenders: Ilya Krupskyi (Vorskla), Vitalii Roman, Roman Didyk (both Rukh), Volodymyr Saliuk (Metalist 1925), Arsenii Batahov (Trabzonspor, Turkey), Kostiantyn Vivcharenko, Taras Mykhavko (both Dynamo), Artem Smolyakov (Polissia).

Midfielders: Oleksandr Yatsyk (Zorya), Ivan Varfolomeev (Slovan, Czech Republic), Maksym Melnichenko (Polissia), Maksym Hlan (Lechia, Poland), Oleh Ocheretko (Karpaty), Oleh Fedor, Ilya Kvasnytsia (both Rukh), Yehor Yarmolyuk (Brentford, England), Valentyn Rubchynskyi, Maksym Bragaru (both Dynamo).

Forwards: Ihor Krasnopir (Rukh), Ihor Horbach (Zorya).

Ukraine's youth national team has guaranteed its place in the U-21 Euros. Melhosa's team won all eight qualifying matches. To guarantee first place, they need not to lose to England or defeat Serbia.

In the final part of Euro 2025 U-21, 16 teams will play: Slovakia and 15 other teams that will join it based on the results of the qualifiers.
