First League clubs will receive 60-175 thousand UAH each for the right to show home matches

Tribuna.com has learned the details of the TV pool and the amount of compensation to be paid to the clubs of the Ukrainian First League for the right to show their home matches.

Each club will receive around 60-175 thousand hryvnias per season. At the same time, broadcasters receive a ready-made picture. The clubs themselves pay for the organization and production. The compensation for the right to show their home matches will not cover all the costs of broadcasting.

Two broadcasters show the First League. Divisport shows all the matches - this is a company whose beneficiary until March 2023 was officially Bukovyna's investor Volodymyr Dubinsky. And now its beneficiary is Ilya Grechnikov, the former marketing director of Dubinsky's basketball and volleyball Prometheus. The second first league broadcaster is Setanta, which shows one match every game day on its platform.
