"Genoa have suspended negotiations with Antonio Candreva and have established contacts with former Tottenham star Dele Alli, Il Secolo XIX reports.
The 28-year-old Englishman has been without a club since the end of his contract with Everton in June 2024.
Dele Alli played his last official game with Besiktas more than a year ago, on February 26, 2023.
