Zlatan Ibrahimovic's son receives first call-up to Sweden's youth team

Zlatan Ibrahimović's son Maximilian has received his first call-up to the Swedish U-18 national team.

Ibrahimovic Jr, 18, will be part of the Tre Kronur squad that will hold a training camp in Spain and play three matches - two against Japan and one against the United States.

The young center forward previously signed his first professional contract with AC Milan, where his father retired at the age of 41 in June 2023.

- I have been following him for a year. He is playing more and more in the Milan youth team. He has made a great start, developed and is playing well," Andreas Petersson, the coach of the young Swedes, told the newspaper.
