UAF Control and Disciplinary Committee announces a number of decisions

The UAF Control and Disciplinary Committee made a number of decisions, in particular:

- having considered the materials on the FFC's appeal against the decision of the UAF Regional Football Development Committee and decisions of the UAF governing bodies, approved the settlement agreement concluded between the public union Ukrainian Football Association and the public union Football Association of Kyiv, canceled the decision of the XXIII UAF Congress of June 7, 2020 to exclude the public union Football Federation of Kyiv from UAF members;

- having considered the materials regarding the possible violation of the UPL Regulations by FC LNZ (Cherkasy) during the match of the 7th round of the Ukrainian Championship FC Polissya (Zhytomyr) - FC LNZ (Cherkasy), which took place on September 22, 2024, ordered FC LNZ (Cherkasy) to pay a mandatory cash contribution in the amount of UAH 15,000 (fifteen thousand) (for the repeated delay of the start of the match);

- having considered the materials on the removal of the head coach of SC Poltava (Poltava) Volodymyr Sysenko during the match of the 8th round of the Ukrainian League Championship among the teams of the First League SC Poltava (Poltava) - FSC Mariupol (Mariupol), which took place on September 22, 2024, suspended the head coach from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for deliberately leaving the technical area in order to demonstrate disagreement with the match official), of which 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

- having reviewed the materials on the improper behavior of Sambir-Niva-2 (Ternopil) fans during the match of the 6th round of the Ukrainian Football Championship among the teams of the Second League Sambir-Niva-2 (Ternopil) - Kulykiv-Bilka (Kulykiv), which took place on September 14, 2024, obliged FC Niva (Ternopil) to pay a mandatory cash contribution in the amount of UAH 6,000 (six thousand) (for the use of pyrotechnics by fans in the amount of two (2) units).
