Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini commented on the dismissal of Daniele De Rossi and the arrival of Ivan Juric in his place.
"I don't think it's disrespectful to Mr. Juric that we were sad on the day De Rossi said goodbye. When he came in, he realized that it was a difficult moment for us. He turned our sadness into a desire to do our best.
I have a lot of respect for Daniele and his team because I think they were a great group. Now we have to move forward, as Roma always do. We are lucky to have someone who can understand our sadness and put us back on the right track," Pellegrini was quoted as saying by Football Italia.
