Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih defender Oleksandr Romanchuk commented on his team's 1-2 defeat to Dynamo Kyiv in yesterday's match of the 9th round of the Ukrainian championship.

"At the beginning of the game, we may have lacked a little bit of concentration. We need to play more composedly in defense and prevent such moments in our own goal. We conceded some accidental goals. We need to be more reliable in defense. This is my responsibility as well. Therefore, there is something to work on. We need to analyze it.

It is difficult when you concede two goals at the beginning of the game. But we still scored a goal in the locker room, and with the score 2-1, everything was in our hands and feet.

We fought, so we can only thank the team for the game. I have no complaints about the guys, everyone really gave their all. Something is missing in the final stage. Everyone needs to think about themselves, draw conclusions and work. The main thing is that there are no conceded goals, and we will find our moments in the attack.

The goal against Dynamo? There was a perfect free kick, which I ran onto. I saw that the goal was recorded as an auto-goal. But it is 100% certain that I touched the ball, after which it flew towards the goal. It doesn't matter who was credited with the goal - I'm glad I helped Kryvbas score," Romanchuk told the Kryvbas press service.
