As the press service of the Ukrainian national team told Tribuna.com, Dynamo midfielder Andriy Yarmolenko has been diagnosed with a quadriceps muscle injury.
This became known after an MRI examination. The 34-year-old Ukrainian is expected to recover in two weeks.
Earlier, the head coach of the Ukrainian national team Serhii Rebrov called up Oleksandr Nazarenko from Polissia to the national team due to Yarmolenko's injury.
It will be recalled that on October 11, Ukraine will play against Georgia in Poznan in the League of Nations, and on October 14 - in Wroclaw against the Czech Republic.
