Former Shakhtar and Ukraine striker Andriy Vorobey shared his opinion on the Pitmen's easy victory over LNZ in the match of the 9th round of the Ukrainian championship.
"I expected more from LNZ. I thought that a team with ambitions and a good budget would be better prepared for this match. I expected that the Cherkasy team would take a more responsible approach to this match, given that Shakhtar had previously lost to Atalanta in European competitions. The moral component of the Donetsk team was not at the best level before this match, and there were some relocations. I thought that LNZ would somehow resist, but the Cherkasy team actually allowed Shakhtar a lot. You can't play so openly with the Shakhtar players," Vorobey said.
