As already reported, the Spanish Guillermo Cuadroi has been appointed as the chief referee for tomorrow's match of the 4th round of the Nations League between the national teams of Ukraine and the Czech Republic.
This referee is 40 years old, but he does not have much international experience. He has been officiating matches of the Spanish championship since 2018, and he received the status of FIFA referee even later - in 2020.
For all this time Cuadra worked only 17 international matches. And at the level of national teams, the Spaniard in his career refereed only three times: once - within the qualification of the World Cup, once - in the qualification of the European Championship, and one more time Cuadra was appointed to a friendly match.
Also in the record list of this referee 9 European Cup matches (but only at the stages of qualifying rounds), and three more times Cuadra worked at the matches of youth national teams.
Neither with the Ukrainian national team, nor with Ukrainian clubs the Spanish referee has not previously crossed paths.
