On Monday, October 14, Dynamo Kyiv filled the pause in the Ukrainian championship caused by national team matches with a training match against the second team of Kolos Kovaliv, which plays in the second league.
The following players played for Dynamo in the sparring match: Ihnatenko, Popov, Dyachuk, Bilovar, Dubinchak, Malysh, Andrievsky, Mykhaylenko, Karavaev, Salenko, Gerich, Bilyi, Lobko, Kremchanin, Balaba.
Goals: Salenko (13, 54), Gerich (37, with a penalty), Mykhaylenko (42).
From the first minutes, Dynamo predictably seized the initiative and created a large number of truly dangerous chances at the opponent's goal. Therefore, it is not surprising that in the 13th minute our team took the lead: after a shot from the right flank, Salenko pushed the ball into the net from the goal line in a fall - 1: 0.
In the second half, Karavayev tried to hit the near post, but goalkeeper Pogorilyi was able to save his team. A few minutes later, the Kolos-2 goalkeeper brought down Gerich in his own penalty area as he was breaking into his own possession, and the referee awarded a penalty kick. The eleven-meter kick was clearly executed by Vladyslav himself, doubling his team's advantage - 2:0. And shortly before the half-time whistle, Malysh could have made the score even bigger - he "took out" the defender on a swing and shot into the goal from the penalty area - Pogorelyi saved this time.
But in Dynamo's next attack, he could not help either, so it became a goal: Salenko made a witty and timely pass to Mykhaylenko on the right, and Mykola had to put the ball into the net from 8 meters away - 3-0. With that, the teams went to the break.
At the beginning of the second half, Kolos-2 tried to reduce the deficit through Berezka's efforts, but instead conceded a goal themselves: Salenko scored a double, receiving a pass from the right side of the penalty area, turning around and increasing Dynamo's advantage with a masterful shot - 4:0.
After that, the guests made several sharp attacks, but Kyiv neutralized them on the outskirts of the penalty area. Instead, Karavayev broke through near the opposite goal to Kovaliv's possession, but let the ball go too far. Subsequently, the same Karavayev scored a low shot at the goalkeeper. But there were no more goals scored until the final whistle.
So, in the end, 4: 0 - a confident victory for the White and Blues.
