- Unfortunately, he received a very severe concussion. Now he's in the hospital. The situation is quite difficult. We all wish him recovery, but, unfortunately, it is not so easy now. Alexei collided with our player, it's hard to talk about any violation of rules in that episode.
- Today again the realization of chances was low. What are the reasons for this?
- For me it is important that we create these moments. And realization is a matter of players' skill. It is very difficult to concentrate in every moment. Today we had good counterattacks in the first half, but, unfortunately, we did not finish them. And we received attacks on our goal.
We are working on creating chances. But at the same time, of course, it is very important that all the players who have these moments, concentrate on them as much as possible. We are working on it.
- Comment on the substitutions.
- I think that those players who came on as substitutes added intensity to us. But, unfortunately, we did not do the main thing - we did not score the second goal. Shaparenko, unfortunately, had a small injury, so we had to replace him.
- How do you evaluate Taloverov's game in these two matches?
- First of all, I am satisfied with the fact that Taloverov now has regular game practice in LASK - it was not there before. It is very important to keep the players in tone. I think that Taloverov fully deserved the fact that we chose him. I saw how he looks in matches for the club, I saw how he works in the training process, so this choice was obvious. And these two matches Taloverov played at a very high level.
- How do you evaluate the game of the Czech national team?
- This is a powerful team that plays physically strong soccer, which today it once again proved. The Czech Republic today acted very intensively, constantly pressed, and only at the end of the match a little bit sat down. This team deserves to be where they are today.
I think we have a very strong, very difficult group. But I'm sure that in the November matches we will continue to fight for promotion to the Nations League "A" division.
