Ukraine's head coach Serhii Rebrov summarized the national team's performance in the October matches of the Nations League against Georgia (1:0) and the Czech Republic (1:1).
"The 4 points gained in this October training camp leave us a chance to continue the fight for the entry to the A Division of the Nations League in the last two group matches in November.
It's a shame that we couldn't bring yesterday's game [against the Czech Republic] to a victorious conclusion, but I would also like to recognize and thank the team for their reaction after conceding a goal until the very end of the match.
The situation in our group means that we will only aim for victories in both matches next month.
And, of course, I join everyone in wishing Oleksiy Hutsulyak a speedy and complete recovery after his terrible collision with a Czech national team player," Rebrov wrote on his Instagram page.
