Ex-Real Madrid goalkeeper Santiago Canizares has expressed his belief that Thibaut Courtois is now his former team's undisputed number one, but at the same time flattered the second goalkeeper of the Slivos, Ukrainian Andriy Lunin.
"Courtois is number one, he is Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo among goalkeepers. It's undeniable anywhere, in any situation. Playing without Courtois is worse than playing with Courtois, that's obvious, regardless of the quality of the substitutes.
Lunin always gives a guarantee and stability in goal, and Courtois gives something that no goalkeeper gives," Relevo quotes the 54-year-old ex-footballer as saying.
