Yaremchuk's former club put up for sale under pressure from fans

"Valencia has been in a difficult situation for several seasons in a row and is constantly fighting for survival in the Spanish league. As a result, outraged fans of the Bats forced the club's owner Peter Lim to put it up for sale.

According to the Spanish edition of AS, it is known that the Singaporean businessman and his Meriton Holdins group plan to sell 92 percent of the club's shares, the total value of which is 350-400 million euros.

In 2014, Peter Lima became the owner of Valencia and invested a whopping 290 million euros in the club. However, the businessman failed to find a common ground with the team's fans. The Bats are now €340 million in debt and need an additional €150 million to complete the stadium renovation.

In the new campaign, Valencia had the worst start to the championship in the 21st century. After 9 rounds of the Spanish La Liga, the "boys" have gained only 6 points and are 18th in the standings. The discontent of the ultras continues to grow.

It should be noted that last season Roman Yaremchuk played for Valencia, which rented the forward from Brugge from Belgium. The Ukrainian striker played 29 matches in all competitions and scored 4 goals.
