Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal spoke about his health a week after undergoing surgery.
"A week has passed since the surgery. I felt pain, sleepless nights and difficult moments. But I felt so strong, and I felt the love of my loved ones... One more week until my return!" Carvajal wrote on Twitter.
The 32-year-old defender was seriously injured during a 2-0 Spanish league match against Villarreal. The player was later diagnosed with a torn cruciate ligament in his knee.
