The midfielder of the Italian “Roma” Tommazo Baldanci shared what he expects from his team’s match against Kyiv's “Dynamo” in the 3rd round of the main stage of the Europa League, which will take place today in Rome.
“It will be an important day because we need three points, we want to play a good match.
“Dynamo” is a strong team. So we are in for a tough match. But, I repeat, we want to get our first three points in this Europa League.
What has changed in the team’s play since Ivan Juric's arrival (the current head coach of “Roma”, — ed. note)? Every coach has their own ideas. Juric wants to see more aggressive play from us. We must believe in the coach's ideas, and it’s evident that this is the case in training. We have already improved the quality of our game, now we need to start collecting points. For example, on Sunday, I believe we played a good game against the strongest team in Serie A — “Inter” (0:1, — ed. note), but we made a few mistakes that did not allow us to achieve a result,” Baldanci said at the pre-match press conference.
