"Odesa football has made a significant contribution to the history of Ukrainian football. There has always been a strong school here, a vivid example of which is the team "Chornomorets". It is important now to maintain this high level and continue development, focusing on UEFA and FIFA standards.
I sincerely congratulate the newly elected chairman! I would like to especially note his professional approach and respectful attitude towards our football veterans. If we aspire to build a happy future, we must always remember and honor our past.
We have an important task ahead - to create conditions so that all who want to engage in football have equal opportunities. I am confident that with the new team in Odesa we will elevate the region's football to a new level. Constant support is guaranteed by the Ukrainian Football Association," emphasized UAF President Andriy Shevchenko.
