— First of all, I congratulate everyone on the victory. It was a very difficult game. You understand, after Shakhtar, with such emotions—immediately an away match in Poltava. They have a new coach here, it always brings new emotions, everyone wants to show themselves. And Vorskla actually performed really well today.
— Due to the air raid alert, the start of the match was slightly delayed. How much did this affect the players?
— Actually, not much, as it was only a few minutes difference. And it’s very good that there were no stoppages during the match because it’s really difficult to get back into the game after such breaks.
— You returned to the main squad of the first team. How much does this motivate you to work further and give you confidence in your abilities?
— Of course, this is a childhood dream—I always wanted to play for this team, for this emblem. So I am very happy now.
— For you, the familiar position is right-back, but during the training camp, you played in central defense. Which position is closer to you personally?
— Actually, there’s no difference. Of course, I haven’t played as a central defender so often, so the right-back position is more familiar to me. But wherever they put me, that’s where I will play.
