Former Dnipro player: “No matter how much you offer Kolomoisky, it’s never enough”

Former Dnipro midfielder Andriy Bliznychenko recalled how at one time he attempted to move to Warsaw’s Legia:

“They called me every day, it was clear they really wanted to have me on the team. We even started looking for an apartment and a car for me there in Warsaw. The representatives from the Polish side sent photos and videos of various property options.

At first, they offered 600,000 for me, Kolomoisky said it was too little. The next step was 800,000, and then the response was this: still too little, but if we add a bit more — we will agree. Then 1 million was proposed, but that also turned out to be insufficient; they told me, ‘Sorry, we really want you, but whatever we offer, it’s never enough for this person. There will be no progress’.

In addition to the million, Dnipro was also offered a percentage of future sales, but Igor Valeriyovych said it wasn’t enough, so I stayed,” Bliznychenko said in an interview with Sport-express.ua.
