Forward of Luhansk Zoria Philipp Budkivsky talked about his sudden farewell to Polissia.
— I was called to the club and told that they do not see me in the team, asked me to look for other employment options. The initiative, as far as I understand, came from the new coach and the vice-president of Polissia (Imad Ashur and Volodymyr Teslya respectively — editor). They were deciding this issue. Because it is the coach who decides which players will be needed. At that moment, I became unnecessary for the club. I was surprised, to be honest, because there is only a week left until the end of the transfer window, the European cups had already started, I had match practice, and here I was suddenly removed from the team.
But this is football life, it happens, so everything is fine, we continue to work. I thank the club for the years I spent there. A lot has been done, including by the president. Special thanks to him for the development of the club, no complaints at all. We parted ways without debts, all agreements were fulfilled, — Budkivsky is quoted by "UF".
