On Thursday, November 7, in the match of the 4th round of the main stage of the Europa League, Kyiv's "Dynamo" lost 0:4 to the Hungarian "Ferencváros". The match was nominally a home game for the Ukrainian team, but due to the war, it took place in Hamburg at the Volksparkstadion. — We prepare for each game, playing against a team that also has its own tasks. And playing with ten men against eleven is quite difficult. You analyze, do your job, and we will do ours — as we are capable of at the moment.
As for the game, in the first half we restrained the opponent, played compactly, organized, and had opportunities to score more than one goal.
In the second half, we conceded the first goal after a terrible mistake. Then we immediately conceded again, and the game was, in principle, done.
— Yarmolenko was quite emotional from the bench during the match. Is he already performing some auxiliary coaching functions?
— He cannot and will not give any hints as long as he is a player. But as a team leader, a leader with authority, who has very extensive international experience, he undoubtedly helps the players, advises them — as one of the team leaders. And that's normal.
— What are the prospects for Sebalios in the team, considering that he has been injured again and his loan is only until the end of the year?
— Unfortunately, during his entire time at 'Dynamo', this is already the third such injury for Sebalios, which does not allow us to fully assess his capabilities. He has only played one full game and has come on as a substitute twice. After the year ends, we will see. But for now, I am not sure about that.
